wants you to know that it is his right to use Californian funds to travel to Mexico for so-called business and buy expensive wine BUT that now he will use his campaign funds instead (probably because of the backlash from his last useless trip!)

This guy has quite a little history. I'm sure he'll be trying to run for federal office in the near future. I think I'll make it my mission to educate the nation when that time comes. Gray Davis leftover is all he is to me.

I was sort of hoping he would be kidnapped by the drug cartel during his upcoming pointless Mexico trip and never heard from again.
